The program

What the twelve weeks cover.

From ideation through pitch preparation, with the curriculum tuned to each company.

A working session in progress around a whiteboard

Business fundamentals

Customer, problem, pricing and the evidence a seed investor will ask for.

Financial documents and a calculator on a desk

Token economics

Supply, incentives and utility, reviewed by people who have seen models fail.

Server racks running in a data centre

Scalable infrastructure

Architecture and security reviews before the product meets real load.

Go-to-market

The first thousand users, and how a non-crypto user gets to the first action.

Mentor sessions

One-to-one time with experts matched to your open questions.

Pitch day

The program culminates with a pitch to a breadth of investors for follow-on financing.

Selection

From application to cohort.

Each cohort takes ten to twelve companies.

  1. Apply

The team, the product and why it needs a chain. A deck helps; a working product helps more.

  2. Review

Every application is read against the selection test on the thesis page.

  3. Interview

A conversation with the founders about the product, the users and the next twelve weeks.

  4. Offer

A place in the cohort, on the published terms.

  5. Onboard

Goals for the twelve weeks agreed with you, and mentors matched to them.

A founding team seated around a table mid-discussion
Interview The product, then the users
A notebook and pen left open on a desk
Goals Agreed before week one
After pitch day

What continues.

Follow-on introductions

Warm introductions to the investors who met you at pitch day, and to those who did not.

Alumni network

Every cohort joins the last one. Founders are the best references for founders.

An open line

The program ends. The relationship does not.
